In 2024, the UK Government ratified the UNESCO Convention on Intangible Cultural Heritage. In Autumn of this year, communities will have their first opportunity to submit their cultural heritage to a national inventory.
To help with this process, the Folklore Museums Network together with Folklore Without Borders, are running sessions to support prospective submissions and to help answer any questions you may have.
We aim to run online/in-person drop-in sessions; we will post more information about these in due course. Keep checking back for updates. Thanks!
